Keum H. Lee and her husband, Chong Lee, were both convicted on April 29, 2010 of two misdemeanor counts each of Torturing & Injuring Animals. They were both acquitted of any felony charges. (The felony count for Chong Lee on Whiskey (aka Digger) was dismissed by Judge Berry after the Prosecution rested their case). Their sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 25th, 2010.
